Purpose
Begin developing a plan to position TBLC to best serve its members by reviewing priorities, refining the process, and identifying information needed and next steps. 
 
 
Desired Outcomes
  •         Insure that our planning process focuses on what’s important, provides members with a useful experience, and respects members’ time.
  •         Members are aware of current TBLC plans.
  •         Members are aware of issues and trends affecting libraries and consortia and preliminary priorities. 
  •         Identify information the committee needs to complete its work successfully.
